Physio & Pilates Services

  • Physiotherapy

    Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or just aiming to move better, we can help you find evidence-based physiotherapy options to move freely, build strength and gain confidence in your body.

  • Women's Health Physio

    We provide comprehensive support during pregnancy and postnatal periods, including safe exercise guidance, management of musculoskeletal pain, and post-delivery rehabilitation. If you're seeking solutions for continence concerns or support for optimal pelvic health, we're here to help and empower you.

  • Private Exercise Sessions

    We highly recommend you complete at least two 1:1 private exercise sessions before progressing into group Pilates. During these sessions you will have your therapist's undivided attention to ensure you learn the correct technique for each exercise.

  • Semi-Private Exercise Sessions

    Come to Pilates with a friend or family member, share the cost and double the fun! Your therapist will provide exercise options to suit each of you and your individual goals, giving close supervision to ensure correct technique and maximum benefit. 

  • Small Group Exercise Sessions

    60 minute exercise sessions with a maximum of 3 attendees to ensure close attention is provided at all times. Each client performs their own program, in line with their individual goals.

  • Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise Classes

    Our educational perinatal exercise classes are a collab between Glide and Aleenta Health Club. Classes incorporate strength and mobility exercise, using a blend of Mat and Reformer Pilates, with a special focus on optimising pelvic floor muscle function.
